From 2500U to 37,000, I only took six months, but it felt like six years.
Don’t be envious and don’t doubt, my account can grow, and it has nothing to do with talent, it all depends on hitting the right "rhythm".
Before, I was like most people, charging in with a few thousand U, chasing highs, randomly adding positions, holding onto trades, and in the end, I watched helplessly as my account blew up. During that time, staring at the screen made me anxious, until I lost down to only 2500U, I suddenly realized: don’t expect to turn around with one trade, an account needs to "breathe" rhythmically like a person.
From that day on, I set three strict rules for myself:
① Never exceed 10% of total funds per trade, never be greedy;
② Strictly set a 3% stop loss for each trade, lock in profits when reaching half of the expected gain;
③ Do not chase highs or sell low, just wait for the main force to pull back and buy low, then sell high at the target.
At first, it was indeed slow, watching others' accounts fluctuate greatly, I wasn't in a hurry. Slowly I found that my account actually stabilized — from 2500U to 6200U, then to 15,000, 37,000, every step was solid.
Some people asked me if I make money every day? I smiled and shook my head. Actually, in seven days, I was "lying flat" for five of them. Just waiting, waiting for the market to show cracks, waiting for others to make mistakes out of impulse. Then, when everyone was panicking and selling, I would steadily take action. That feeling was more like sniping than trading — it’s not about speed, it’s about mindset. No matter how the market fluctuates, I have my own bottom line, knowing when to enter and when to stay out.
Later, I further refined my position allocation:
✅ 70% main position only makes trend-following trades, following the big direction;
✅ 20% light position used for testing entry, clarifying the market before acting;
✅ Keep 10% liquid position, specifically for bottom fishing or re-entering after taking profits.
This way, regardless of market ups and downs, I don’t have to panic. I’m not gambling, I’m just waiting for certain opportunities.
Looking back now, the rhythm of these six months was bought with countless liquidations and sleepless nights staring at the screen.
In fact, many people lose not because of poor skills, but because of the impatience of "wanting to get rich overnight". Those who can stabilize profits truly understand: rolling positions depends on rhythm, making money relies on patience.
