Guys — what the hell just happened in the last 60 mins? 😅 Trump just announced a series of massive tariffs: 100% on pharma, 50% on kitchen cabinets & bathroom vanities, 30% on upholstered furniture, 25% on heavy trucks, and then said he’d cut interest rates down to 2%. At the same time August PCE inflation (Fed’s fav) came in 2.7% and Core PCE 2.9% — highest since Feb 2025. So... big conflict here. Tariffs like that = supply shock risk, could push prices higher. PCE already running hotter. But trump says cut rates to 2% — policy vs reality drama. Markets gonna be confused and volatile, for sure. For crypto people: expect swings.
