HIVE Digital Technologies announced that after deploying ASIC chips at its factory in Paraguay, its Bitcoin mining capacity has reached 2% of the global level, achieving 20 Exahash per second. Subsequently, the stock price soared more than 5% in after-hours trading. The company currently mines 9 Bitcoins daily with an efficiency of 18 joules/terahash, and expects to reach a production of 12 Bitcoins after expansion. HIVE's stock price closed up 8.45% during regular trading hours, reaching $4.045, which has increased by 42% year to date.
