Soon, if exchanges like Binance, Okx, Bidget ... are licensed. Still trading defi and then transferring money back to the exchange to calculate taxes, then everything will return to normal without any issues, I think.

VIETNAM FACES THE RISK OF NO LONGER RECEIVING AIRDROP?? AFTER THE CRYPTO POLICY IS PASSED So from the moment there is an official trading platform in Vietnam until 6 months later:
1⃣ If you have Crypto assets, you must open an account at the Vietnamese exchange within 6 months after the exchange is established & transfer all assets there.
2⃣ Transactions on On-chain are also considered illegal because they do not take place on the Vietnamese exchange.
Initially, I was quite skeptical about this until today when I saw Kyberswap temporarily suspend services in Vietnam to comply with the new regulations, which means the regulations have not been enforced yet but Kyber has already taken proactive steps.
After this point, there will be many complications such as:
1⃣ It seemed like DeFi would be a gray area, but no, DeFi is temporarily not accepted in Vietnam (this is different from South Korea, where DeFi is considered a gray area).
I believe that Kyberswap is just the first step; gradually, other Crypto projects will also temporarily suspend services in Vietnam.
2⃣ The possibility of Airdrop will also no longer exist in Vietnam. Similarly to the US, it is highly likely that projects will not Airdrop to Vietnamese users due to legal issues.
If that happens, it will be a crisis for the Degens in this market; it will no longer be a gray area but a dark zone, a criminal zone if participating. source: Hak research
