The total loss from cryptocurrency fraud cases has expanded to 17.9%. According to statistics, the three cryptocurrencies with the highest victim losses are USDT (approximately 46.8 million Singapore dollars), Bitcoin (approximately 20 million Singapore dollars), and Ethereum (approximately 7.6 million Singapore dollars), together accounting for 91.2% of cryptocurrency losses.
Most cryptocurrency victims are between 30 and 49 years old, with the most common scams being job offers, investments, and impersonating government officials. Most victims opened cryptocurrency accounts under the guidance of scammers, while others were tricked into clicking phishing links or revealing their mnemonic phrases.
