I just come back from bank, they are saying you account blocked due to chain dispute.. payment is in reserved status by sender bank account...

want suggestion that what to do..
my account has been de-Activate...
when called at helpline, they are saying submit a latter that you transaction is fair and no dispute by sender.. even have a screenshot of transaction.. after submitting latter will be account re-activate?
