Foresight News report, according to Bloomberg, sources revealed that Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) Executive Director Yip Wai-chung and Legislative Council member Wu Jietzhuang have been removed from the guest list of the Bitcoin Asia Summit. Earlier archived pages indicated that the two were originally scheduled speakers, but chose to withdraw after receiving a notice advising against contact with Eric Trump, the son of former President Trump. Eric Trump is one of the guests at this event. The SFC responded that Yip is unable to attend due to a business trip, while Wu stated he canceled his schedule for family reasons. Currently, SFC FinTech Policy Manager Shen Ziliang has been listed as a substitute speaker.
