I think the five years between 26 and 30 are the best years of a person's life. There is no naivety of just leaving campus, and they haven't yet been jaded by life. They have probably worked for two years, have saved a little money, enough to eat, drink, and travel, without worrying about survival, and they don't have too much ambition for the future. If life has a best-before date, then these five years should be the optimal tasting period.
