ZK is the bridge connecting regulation
When many people hear the word 'compliance', their first reaction is trouble. Especially in the Web3 space, everyone feels that regulation will only slow down development. But I believe that true mass adoption cannot be separated from compliance. And the model of @Succinct may just be the bridge.
Through SP1 zkVM, project teams or exchanges can generate cryptographic proofs without exposing user data. For example, exchanges can prove they have sufficient reserves, and DeFi protocols can prove that allocation rules are being executed as intended. Auditors only need to verify this proof without having to review the raw data line by line.
The generation of proofs relies on the DPN network, which means that the results are not determined by a single entity, but are completed by a decentralized market. With the collateral and reduction mechanism of $PROVE , the credibility of the network is ensured.
This allows regulators and institutions to confirm the authenticity of on-chain information in a low-cost manner, without worrying about user privacy breaches. In other words, compliance is no longer a stumbling block, but a catalyst for the integration of Web3 and traditional finance.
If blockchain is to enter the mainstream market, @Succinct may be a key component.
