A 3% or even 5% deviation is acceptable to me, so as long as the price is nearby, it’s fine. Will gaining that extra 3% make me rich? Will missing that 3% make me poor? Neither, so why make things difficult for myself? Just go with the flow! However, some keyboard warriors in the square just don't understand. I shared the coins I’m optimistic about and the key price points, and they nitpick, saying I haven't hit the price point yet, just a little short, here comes the hindsight comments. Many people, when trading coins, always think about waiting for a better price, but in the end, the opportunity slips away while they wait. In the past, they might have made money by buying during significant drops, so they habitually refrain from entering unless there’s a substantial dip; or they might think they already have a bottom position, wanting to wait and see, only to find themselves slow to act when the market really picks up.

For example, when OKB was around seventy to eighty, or even just above one hundred, it was clearly an opportunity zone, but many people missed the most certain phase because they were waiting for an even lower price. In fact, if you believe it can reach 500 or 1000 in the future, the difference between 80 and 100 is really not that significant. To make big money, the key is not necessarily to buy at the lowest point but to seize the most reliable and certain range.

This is similar to Buffett's transformation: early on, he picked up cheap cigarette butts, which were inexpensive but had limited potential. Later, he realized that buying quality assets at a reasonable price would yield greater returns. With more institutions entering the market, obvious cheap opportunities will become increasingly rare, making it harder for retail investors to casually pick up bargains. By then, you’ll need to learn to choose among targets that are not necessarily cheap but of excellent quality.

For newcomers, the basics are three points: first, clarify whether you are doing short-term or long-term trading; then, write down your buying logic and exit conditions clearly without changing your mind at the last moment; finally, set your position and stop-loss/stop-gain levels, and don’t be swayed by emotions.

If you encounter opportunities with high certainty and logical reasoning, you should actually consider increasing your position moderately, rather than just waiting for the lowest price. What truly causes someone to miss an entire cycle is not a lack of funds, but excessive hesitation and being too cautious.

Making money is not about buying at the lowest point but about having the courage to act when there is the highest certainty.
