BlockBeats news, on August 21, according to the official announcement, Boya Interactive International Limited announced the signing of a placement agreement with the placement agent, intending to place up to 63,510,000 new shares at a placement price of HKD 6.95 per share. The placement shares account for 8.93% of the total number of issued shares, or approximately 8.20% of the total number of issued shares after expansion.
The maximum total amount raised from the placement will be HKD 441 million, with a net amount estimated at about HKD 436 million, which will be used for business development in the Web3 field, including Web3 game research and development, promotion, infrastructure construction, project investment and strategic cooperation, as well as the group's operating funds and general corporate purposes.
Boya Interactive has also resumed trading, as of the time of writing, Boya Interactive (HK:00434) is currently at HKD 8, with an intraday increase of 5.68%.
In March of this year, Boya Interactive (0434.HK) announced that its total Bitcoin holdings increased to 3,350, with an average holding price of USD 58,627.
