Don't let 'gambling nature' ruin your account!
Today, a fan reached out to me, saying he suffered huge losses playing ETH and wanted to follow a strategy.
Looking at his historical positions, it was all about poor full-position management, frequent trading, and ignoring take-profit and stop-loss measures, leading to his account collapsing under pressure.
In fact, there are too many such examples in the crypto world! Always thinking about 'going all in to double' or 'frequent trading to catch volatility', but what happens? As soon as the market reverses slightly, without a stop-loss, the account gets liquidated.
After finally making some money, due to frequent trading, fees + emotional fluctuations, all profits get wiped out.
I really want to remind everyone: when trading contracts, taking profit and setting stop-losses are the baseline, and position management is fundamental! Don't think 'I can withstand the volatility' or 'this time will surely work', the market specializes in various 'I thought'. Your 'confidence' in the market is worthless in the face of market rules.
Especially for small capital players, remember:
Don't go all in! Leave some room for recovery, if you're wrong, there's still a chance to turn it around.
Set stop-losses and take-profits! Don't let small losses turn into liquidation, and don't let profits run away.
Trade less frequently! Fees are minor, but a broken mindset can be deadly.
The logic of making money in crypto is very simple: surviving gives you a chance. Don't wait until your account is wiped out to regret it; start now, engraining 'taking profit, setting stop-losses, and controlling position' in your mind.
