Golden Finance reported that, according to an official announcement, the Japanese listed company Lib Work (stock code: 1431) announced it will purchase 500 million yen (approximately 3.4 million USD) in Bitcoin. The announcement indicates that the company will complete the purchases in batches between September and December 2025. Lib Work stated that considering the increasing value of Bitcoin as "digital gold" and the ongoing inflation in Japan, the company has chosen to hold Bitcoin to mitigate related risks and prepare for future collaborations with overseas business partners.
