Yesterday opened $SOL and got blown up by 600$

I placed limit orders by gradually entering positions, buying in batches at 190.8 and 187, and got completely blown out. Upon waking up, I first checked Twitter and the news.

1. No negative news

2. Trading volume is low, but it directly dropped down. The market did not rebound and did not continue to plummet 📉 It seems that for now, no one is picking up the slack, and demand is not keeping up with supply.

$ETH and $SOL are currently both breaking below the middle band of the 12-hour Bollinger Bands, touching the lower band of the 4-hour Bollinger Bands, and the position is gradually moving downward.

The current situation is that the supply zone is being tested step by step. If demand cannot be found, it will continue to drop 📉 There is a high probability that it will fill the CME gap at ETH4098-4230, and there are only 20 points left to the gap.

3. The market continues to look bullish; the hype around interest rate cuts and monetary policy games is not over yet, and there is still room for movement.

4. This wave of decline was within my expectations, but I still couldn't help opening long positions. All my positions have incurred losses, around 800U, but I maintain a good mindset, strictly executed stop-loss for each position, and validated the feasibility of my logic. I feel quite calm facing this wave of adjustment.

5. I will place orders to buy ETH and SOL, this time heavily investing at the gap and bottom position of 4050-4100, which also coincides with the lower band of the 12-hour Bollinger Bands, again with stop-loss for each position.

6. The market will drop if strong demand support is not found over the weekend, waiting for tonight's US stock market opening to see if it will rally.

7. Patience! Must have patience! Patience is the key to determining the exchange of identities between prey and hunter.

8. If the cost-performance ratio is high enough next time, I might also try shorting. I always feel like shorting is much easier to make money than going long; after a rise of several days, it can all drop in one day, hahaha.
