The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has extended the review period for the proposed Solana ETFs by “Bitwise” and “21Shares,” setting a new deadline of October 16, 2025, for a decision.
The delay did not significantly impact the price of Solana, as the price stabilized around $190, after dropping from levels close to $210 earlier in the week, amid liquidations worth $70 million within 24 hours, according to data from “Coinglass.
