BlockBeats news, on August 16, according to official news, the US-listed company Top Win International (Nasdaq stock code: SORA) completed a $10 million financing, led by Wiselink Co., Ltd. (a publicly traded company in Taiwan), becoming the first publicly traded company in Taiwan to invest in a Bitcoin treasury company.
Top Win plans to use the funds from this round of financing primarily to purchase Bitcoin (BTC) and may also invest in publicly listed companies that hold Bitcoin treasury strategies (subject to applicable regulatory requirements), while allocating part of the funds for working capital. Top Win does not intend to operate as an investment company and does not plan to make investment, reinvestment, or trading of securities its main business.
