Darknet Marketplace founder ARRESTED in $45 million Bitcoin bribery case!

Czech police have arrested Tomas Jirikovsky, the founder of the illegal darknet marketplace Sheep Marketplace, in connection with a $45 million Bitcoin donation. The bribe was allegedly paid to a former Justice Minister to avoid a new prison sentence.

Jirikovsky, a convicted criminal who was released from prison in 2021, reportedly tried to escape police by climbing onto the roof of his home during a raid. He had allegedly generated a personal Bitcoin fortune of over 1,500 BTC from his illegal activities.
