My take (deep analysis): pushing DA to CDN-like bandwidth changes what “L2 design”even means. If DA is cheap and abundant, developers can optimize for latency and UX instead of byte-paring every action. That invites richer state (feeds, orders, media pointers) and simpler clients. But new bottlenecks appear:

(1) Sequencer sovereignty — fast DA is wasted if your sequencer queue or mempool back-pressure stalls;

(2) Exit & data availability liveness — do you have multi-DA fallbacks (e.g., Ethereum blobs + EigenDA) if one rail hiccups?;
