Ethereum validators have withdrawn ETH worth $3.1 billion, and the speed of staking withdrawals has accelerated
According to HashLink, it has been reported that the number of Ethereum validators exiting the queue has reached 671,900 ETH, approximately $3.1 billion, and the demand for staking withdrawals has significantly increased. Currently, the amount of ETH waiting to exit greatly exceeds the new staking amount, with an expected processing time of around 12 days. Analysis indicates that factors such as the unwinding of leveraged staking cycles, LST decoupling risks, and arbitrage have driven a large amount of ETH to be withdrawn, with Lido, EthFi, and Coinbase being the main sources of withdrawals. Additionally, some validators may have adjusted their positions in advance to respond to potential new products due to the SEC's clarification on staking compliance.
