Before, sometimes US government sell Bitcoin in market, and it make price down. Now they say they will not sell, so this can be very good for crypto market.
Benefit for crypto market: When big holder like US government stop selling, it means less selling pressure. Price can go up because more people want to buy and less people want to sell. This can bring more trust and more investors to crypto. Many traders may feel safe to hold Bitcoin for long time.
