The expected revenue from the first 10 years of the contract is approximately $3.7 billion, and if the extension is exercised, it could reach $8.7 billion. Google will guarantee Fluidstack's $1.8 billion leasing obligation to support project-related debt financing and will receive approximately 41 million stock warrants, accounting for about 8% of the company's equity.
