The Attorney General of the United States, Pam Bondi, revealed this Wednesday that American justice has confiscated assets linked to Nicolás Maduro valued at over 700 million dollars.
During an interview with Rachel Campos-Duffy for Fox News, Bondi asserted that the Venezuelan regime is "organized crime, not different from the mafia," and warned that it continues to operate.
She detailed that the seized assets include two luxury jets, several properties, a mansion in the Dominican Republic, millionaire residences in Florida, a horse farm, nine vehicles, as well as jewelry and large sums of cash.
Bondi recalled that last week the reward offered for information leading to Maduro's capture was doubled from 25 to 50 million dollars, the highest in history for a case of this type.
