Standard Chartered raises Ethereum target price to $7,500, optimistic outlook for Bitcoin
According to news from Hash World, Standard Chartered analysts have significantly raised their year-end target price for Ethereum to $7,500, up from the previous $4,000. They expect it to reach $12,000 by the end of 2026 and $18,000 by the end of 2027, with an expectation to maintain around $25,000 from 2028 to 2029. Analysts believe that Ethereum's investment appeal has significantly increased, thanks to active purchases by corporate finance departments and institutional investors, demand for spot ETFs, new US stablecoin regulations, and advancements in the technology roadmap. These factors support its price increase. Standard Chartered predicts that Ethereum will surpass its historical high of $4,866 in the third quarter of 2025. Additionally, Standard Chartered analysts remain optimistic about Bitcoin's long-term prospects, predicting it will rise to $200,000 by the end of 2025 and further increase to $500,000 between 2028 and 2029.
