A big bank decided to test the reliability of its new safe. They locked 100 thousand dollars in the safe and tasked teams of Americans, Japanese, and Ukrainians to break into the safe in complete darkness in 10 minutes.

The Americans were the first to try. When the lights came on after 10 minutes, it turned out they hadn’t figured out the combination.

The Japanese managed to figure out the combination in 10 minutes, but couldn’t break through the inner door.

Then it was the Ukrainians' turn. After 10 minutes, the bank employees tried to turn on the light but were unsuccessful... And they heard a voice from the darkness: "Cousin, we have 100 thousand, why do you need that light bulb?"
