7 weeks, 3000U rolled to 75,000. Never exploded a position, let alone relied on luck — this is the survival code I learned after the longest time in the cryptocurrency circle.
When I was holding 3000U, I didn’t even dare to open the account page. The numbers on the screen felt like thorns, making it hard to breathe, but that little spark in my heart never went out: there are always opportunities in the market, what’s missing is the method to seize those opportunities.
I used to be crazy too, thinking that 'catching the flying knife' could make me rich overnight. I would buy aggressively during a crash and chase into a surge, only to be countered by the market every time, and eventually my account shrank to just 3000U. That was when I realized: there are no shortcuts in the crypto world, those who make money have turned methods into habits.
Later, I focused on two things, and it actually worked out:
First, follow the trend without guessing the market, and definitely avoid the 'flying knife zone'.
I quit betting on ups and downs and only acted when trends stabilized during crashes or key levels during surges, focusing solely on understandable trends. Once the rhythm is right, profits will naturally come.
Second, nail down the drawdown: no heavy positions, no greed, and take profits when they're good.
Each position should not exceed 30%, take half off after making 5%-8%, and move the stop loss on the remaining position. Staying alive is more important than making quick money.
This strategy came from three years of trial and error. Over the past 7 weeks, 3000U slowly rolled to 75,000, without ever going all in or holding a single position, just relying on a steady approach.
A few of my brothers followed my steps and also achieved good results: starting with 500U, turning it into 18,000 in 45 days; 800U focusing solely on short positions rolled to 34,000; and another started with 10,000, precisely taking profits on 14 trades, now at 186,000.
Don’t dream of getting rich quickly; stable small profits compounded are tougher than gambling. The 'get rich quick' mentality is backed by countless disciplined operations. Most people fail due to their impatience: wanting to double their money, frequent trading, and being greedy during rises and holding during falls, ultimately exhausting themselves.
The essence of the crypto world lies in the word 'stability'. Taking solid steps is better than anything else.
There’s another truth to be clear about: it’s better to follow a knowledgeable team than to blindly charge ahead alone. Avoiding pitfalls and detours is the only way to go far in the market.
