📖 RSI (14) is basically saying:
“Over the last 14 candles, here’s the average strength of buyers vs sellers, scaled between 0 and 100 so you can quickly see who’s winning.”
The main chart shows all the messy detail (wicks, gaps, volatility), but RSI condenses it into a clean momentum line that’s much easier to read at a glance.
The magic is that it can spot when buying or selling strength is fading before the main chart makes it obvious. That’s why traders use it as confirmation instead of replacing the chart.
