Currently, the annual growth rate of US M2 is 4.53%, which is indicated by the red line on the chart. Compared to the past, it is still at a relatively low to medium level. Moreover, the M2 annual growth rate is still on the rise. In the US, regardless of whether it's September or a bit later, there will always be interest rate cuts, and the M2 annual growth rate will continue to increase, so the bull market has just begun.

Characteristic one is that there will still be fluctuations and volatility, rather than a sprint phase. This is consistent with the previous point.
Especially since September is a policy-sensitive month, the non-farm payroll data and CPI for August will be announced in September. Will there be an interest rate cut in September? The hints from the dot plot... will all have an impact on the market.
Characteristic two is that different altcoins will have different performances, which is different from previous rounds; not all altcoins will have opportunities for subsequent performance.
