📊 My accumulation strategy that saved me in the last 2 bear markets
In crypto, everyone loves bull markets… until the correction comes and fear takes over everything. I went through two tough bear markets, and if I'm still in the green today, it's because I learned to accumulate wisely and not emotionally.
I'm sharing exactly how I do it:
1️⃣ I use Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA)
Instead of putting all my money in at once, I buy at regular intervals (every week or month), regardless of whether the price goes up or down. This allowed me to average my purchase cost and reduce the impact of downturns.
2️⃣ I focus on a solid “core”
70% of my accumulation always goes to BTC, ETH, and SOL. They are projects with a track record, community, and real use. The rest I allocate to altcoins with potential, but always with more risk.
3️⃣ I take advantage of market fear
When I see panic and negative headlines, I know those are moments to buy stronger. In the last two cycles, my most profitable purchases were when no one wanted to touch crypto.
4️⃣ I never invest what I can't leave untouched
This is key: the money I use to accumulate is intended for 2 to 5 years. I don't count on it for urgent expenses, so I’m not forced to sell at a loss.
💡 Conclusion:
It's not about guessing the perfect bottom, but having a consistent plan that keeps you accumulating while others hesitate. Bears don't last forever, but the cryptos you accumulate during those times can change your portfolio forever.
