Chicken fritters Without eggs and flour, so you don't get bored with processed chicken Ingredients: 700 grams of chicken breast meat 1 spring onion (cut into small pieces) 3 tbsp cooking oil 3 cloves of garlic 3 cloves of red onion (Crush both onions) 1 tsp ground pepper 1 tsp stock powder 1 tsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sweet soy sauce Salt to taste Seasoning: 1 tsp oyster sauce 3 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tbsp hot sauce 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp sweet soy sauce 3 tbsp water (Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir until combined) How to cook: Clean the chicken meat then drain it, chop or grind it with a coper and put it in a large bowl, mix with the other ingredients except the onions and cooking oil.
