BlockBeats news, on August 10, Dmitry Suslov, Deputy Director of the European and International Integrated Research Center of the Higher School of Economics in Russia and an expert at the Valdai Club, stated to the Satellite News Agency that after the meeting between Russian President Putin and U.S. President Trump in Alaska, a plan regarding the ceasefire conditions in Ukraine may be proposed. Suslov said, 'We should not expect to reach a ceasefire agreement right now, but rather focus on a ceasefire condition plan jointly achieved by both Russia and the U.S., and promote entering final negotiations to completely resolve the conflict.'

The plan may include the complete withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, while maintaining the existing border in Zaporizhia and Kherson regions as the final boundary. Russian troops may withdraw from parts of Sumy, Kharkiv, and Dnipro-Petrovsk regions. (Jinshi)
