What does “OnlyOwner” mean in a smart contract? “OnlyOwner” is a technical label within the code, used to indicate that certain functions can only be executed by the owner of the contract. After renouncing ownership, that figure of “owner” ceases to exist (the ownership address remains at “0x000…dead”). The code continues to show “OnlyOwner” because it is part of the original programming, but no one can use those functions: it’s like having a key that has been destroyed 🔑🔥 📌 2. Why did JÄGER indeed renounce the contract? The ownership address in the contract now points to the null address (0x000...dead). This means there is no human account that can call “OnlyOwner” functions. 📜 Evidence on BscScan: In the “Read Contract” tab, it can be verified that the ownership no longer belongs to any person or entity. Moreover, outlets like Bitget Academy confirm that Jäger Hunter has renounced ownership and total control of the community. 📌 3.
