In regulatory filings submitted on Monday, the company announced plans to sell 20.3 million shares priced between $28 and $31 each, potentially raising up to $629.3 million. Additionally, underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase an additional 3.045 million shares following the release of the prospectus.

Bullish disclosed in its filing that it currently holds over $3 billion in liquid assets. These assets include 24,000 Bitcoin, 12,600 ETH, and $418 million in cash and stablecoins.
