Contract liquidation, full position gambling, chasing hot stocks and panic selling...

I've stumbled through all these pitfalls. During the toughest times, my account was nearly wiped out.

But now, I've come back using this slow-paced, strict risk control approach.

It's not about luck, and it’s definitely not about taking a gamble to turn things around, but rather using a trading rhythm specifically designed to combat human nature, and steadily making it through.

First rule: Never expect to make a comeback in one go.

If you really want to survive in this market for the long term, the first thing you need to do is to quit the fantasy of getting rich quickly.

Things like doubling your investment overnight or heavily buying the dip are shortcuts to liquidation. When prices are rising, you feel like the chosen one, but once there's a pullback, you lose everything.

What I do the most are take-profit orders of 2%~5%. Rolling over positions relies on discipline, not miracles.

Second rule: Choose the most stable assets, avoid flashy ones.

Only trade highly liquid assets with structured volatility. I don’t even bother to glance at other coins, no matter how hot they are.

It’s not about missing opportunities; I just want to place my bets in trends I understand.

I've seen too many opportunities that seem like a windfall, but in reality, they are traps set to ensnare people.

Third rule: Give yourself only two opportunities a day.

Set stop-losses before making a move, and keep your position size to a small portion of your capital.

Did you make a profit halfway through the market? Then set a take-profit order to protect your gains, without nostalgia or looking back.

Truly turning around from the bottom relies not on talent, but on respect for rhythm and risk.

Many people see the market doing well, they operate aggressively, and when they look back, they've lost more than half of their net worth. This isn’t about a bad market; it’s about an overly aggressive trading style.

If you want to turn things around, don’t rely on luck; rely on making fewer mistakes and surviving longer—steady does it.

In this market, what you lack isn’t effort or opportunity, it’s someone who can help you achieve stable profits in this market.
