Guangzhou Public Law Chain Suspected of Withdrawing Key Appraisal Report, Hash Cannot Be Verified

According to reports from Dahe Daily's "Seeing" section, recently, Li from Zhejiang, involved in the "Dream of Red Mansions" cheating case, had his key electronic judicial appraisal opinion withdrawn and re-uploaded after being issued on the Guangzhou Public Law Chain evidence platform. The original version and the public chain hash have not been publicly verified, and the Guangdong Huangzheng Judicial Appraisal Office explained that it was merely a punctuation adjustment. The Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice has confirmed that the withdrawal is a fact, believing that Guangzhou did not strictly adhere to the "General Principles of Judicial Appraisal Procedures" and has demanded corrections. Currently, Li has applied for administrative reconsideration.
