Mogo Sells Half of its Stake in WonderFi to Increase Bitcoin Holdings

According to HashKey, Mogo Inc. announced today that it has sold approximately $13.8 million of its nearly 50% stake in WonderFi Technologies Inc. This transaction amount is close to the company's $50 million market value, highlighting the value of its portfolio. The company plans to use the proceeds to increase its position in Bitcoin ETF to $2 million. The sale price is slightly below the merger price expected to be completed in the second half of 2025 between WonderFi and Robinhood, and Mogo stated that it will continue to hold the remaining shares until the transaction is finalized.
