WCT Community Representative Rotation System in Governance
To allow more community members to participate in governance decisions, WCT has launched a community representative rotation system. Every month, 10 rotating representatives are elected from active community members to participate in foundation governance meetings, providing opinions and suggestions on important proposals. During the rotation period, they can receive a subsidy of 500 WCT. After the implementation of this system, community recognition of governance decisions increased by 40%. A suggestion from a rotating representative to 'optimize the reward distribution for small and medium nodes' was incorporated into a new proposal and ultimately approved. The rotation system has expanded the coverage of governance participation, allowing community voices to be more comprehensively integrated into WCT's ecological decision-making.
