The US stock market is closed on weekends, and it doesn't rebound as quickly as from Monday to Thursday. It's normal for BTC MACD to grind at the bottom; I mentioned this in my post before going to sleep yesterday. There was another drop around five or six in the morning. From the perspective of technical indicators, it is in the bottom consolidation phase, which is not surprising. However, for some investors trapped in the market, especially ETH holders, it indeed caused panic.

I want to say one thing: in such market conditions, you cannot determine whether the market is going to break the strong support level and then pull back or if it will pull back above the support level; it completely depends on short-term indicators. Indicators can only show whether each wave can directly break through minor resistance levels. If it can't, it will drop again. As for whether it will oscillate or decline, the strong support is there. There's no need to take risks on low positions. You can only choose to look bullish on short-term indicators, enter long positions, and set a stop-loss to protect your capital. Prioritize swing trading; if the indicators show a chance of breaking out, just wait and see!

So once someone is trapped in a high long position at this strong support level, it's very passive. Cutting losses would definitely not be appropriate, and hedging with low positions can easily lead to a lock-up. You can only choose to look bullish on short-term indicators. When the market reaches a minor resistance level and shows bearish indicators, hedge immediately, set a stop-loss to protect your capital, and use short positions to hedge long positions; this is the only way to hedge effectively. But once the market is just struggling at strong support without rising, you will need to keep a close watch, which is very exhausting. Either you have a good grasp of the overall market, or you forcefully liquidate and wait.

To navigate the market successfully, you must have a complete set of analytical strategies. Otherwise, you'll feel like you're doing well every day, but when you're right, you can't hold on, and when you're wrong, you stubbornly hold on until liquidation. The meager profits you've worked so hard to gain can be wiped out in one trade! Am I right?
