Burger 🍔 buns

3 cups flour, 1 cup water, 1 sachet instant yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 3 tablespoons milk powder and 2 tablespoons butter

Put everything in a bowl, mix until the dough forms, then transfer it to a clean surface knead for 10 minutes, then put it back in a bowl cover and let it rest for an hour or until it doubled in size. Then cut into into small pieces or to your desired size, then shape it, then place in a baking tray/dish cover and let rest for 30 minutes or until it doubled in size then bake at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until it is golden brown.
