In the cryptocurrency world for 8 years, I went from 300,000 to tens of millions, relying on these 6 simplest methods
I am 38 years old this year, and I have been trading cryptocurrencies for 8 years. I started with a capital of 300,000 and now have tens of millions.
You might wonder if I know some insider information? Or if I'm particularly lucky? Actually, I have just slowly made money using a set of 'simple' methods.
Today, I will share with you my 'experience' from these 8 years. Behind every little detail, there are pitfalls; I have suffered losses and made mistakes. With these simple rules, I have made it to where I am today.
1. When prices rise quickly and fall slowly, don’t rush to sell.
If prices rise quickly and the pullback is slow, do you think it’s the peak? Wrong! The market makers are secretly accumulating. On the other hand, if there is a sudden and massive drop, that is the real trap; remember not to be fooled by false appearances.
2. When prices fall quickly and rise slowly, it basically means the market makers are fleeing.
If the price suddenly collapses and then slowly rebounds, don’t think about picking up bargains; the market makers are already sucking up your last shares.
3. High volume doesn’t necessarily mean death; low volume is the most dangerous.
If the price rises to a high level and there is still continuous high volume, there may still be a chance for another push. However, if there is high volume at the peak but no movement? You really need to be careful; the market may already be dead.
4. Volume at the bottom doesn’t equal opportunity; continuous volume is reliable.
Occasional volume at the bottom doesn’t mean you should rush in. Wait for continuous days of high volume, especially after a period of low volume and consolidation; that is a good opportunity.
5. Market sentiment is everything; rises and falls are all in the volume.
You might think you are looking at candlestick charts, but in fact, you should focus on market sentiment. Trading volume reflects market consensus; prices are just the result of that.
6. 'Nothingness' is the strongest realm in the cryptocurrency world.
Experts in the cryptocurrency realm are those whose emotions are not disturbed. Without obsession, they can stay in cash; without greed, they don’t chase highs; without fear, they dare to act. The truly strong trading mindset is to let oneself become 'nothing,' which is the greatest strength.
Opportunities are never lacking in the market; what’s lacking is whether you can stay calm and know how to control your hands. What truly helps you reach the end is not blindly messing around but having someone guide you, leading you step by step to stability.
You may not move quickly, but at least you're heading in the right direction, not lost in the darkness.
