🚨 USA INTRODUCES STRICT RULES FOR STABLECOINS — GENIUS ACT SIGNED 🇺🇸💥
Trump signed the GENIUS Act — a new law that fundamentally changes the approach to stablecoins in the USA.
Now all stablecoin projects are required to:
✅ Have 100% reserves in dollars or approved assets
✅ Publish reporting
✅ Register with the SEC
🔍 What does this mean for us?
📉 “Gray” stablecoins without real reserves will disappear
📈 USDT and USDC may strengthen as the "digital dollar"
💼 The crypto market is a step closer to institutional trust
💬 But here's the question:
Is this a step towards security — or the beginning of total control over DeFi?
🧠 My opinion: the law will strengthen the positions of the largest stablecoins, but small projects will have a tough time.
This means that centralization is once again encroaching on the freedom of Web3.
