You can only walk with God by FAITH. The problem is that we try to use logic and mix it up with a little bit of motivation here and there . Then we call it FAITH. We are have too many options . We have 1st , second and third options (incase God does not show up)…. Yet we want to get God on the scene . The JUST shall live by FAITH…. only by FAITH!! not LOGIC.

On Parenting 📌 If you're constantly correcting your children.. If you're constantly yelling.. If you're constantly disciplining.. You may continue doing that till your children leave your nest. Because.. You're unintentionally feeding your children's destructive or inappropriate behaviours. I'll tell you why. Children are born to grow on the wings of attention. The reason 'daddy/mummy see' forms one of their earliest vocabulary. Attention builds their self esteem. Attention helps them build social skills. The need to be seen and heard is an innate need in man. And a child will get it, whether appropriately or inappropriately. For a lot them, they do what they do because.. That is the only time they get mummy/daddy's attention. And yes, they're not doing it intentionally. It's a coping mechanism. The innate need to feel heard and seen. And I get.. The parent is busy, distracted online or working hard to give the children a better life. It's the new reality with most 21st century parents. It's normal and nothing to feel bad for. The good news is.. There is a way out. Practice being in the moment, focus and connect with your children. Not to scold, correct or lecture, but to be present. Let them know you see and appreciate the right thing they've done. Pause to catch your child doing something mundane and laugh about it. Join the child in his/her world, smile, play, touch et al. A few minutes a day could do wonders to the psyche of the child. Practice this, and you'll see how your children's behavior improve. We'll get it right. I'm rooting for you.
