You laugh at our articles for being shallow, having poor structure, and lacking depth,
but what you don’t see is that when we write these,
we are on break at the construction site, during night shift breaks, or on the subway back to our rental.
At first, I didn’t understand what LA was,
I only knew it was a place where content could be turned into money,
and what I write is not some narrative breakthrough, but an outlet for life.
Stop asking us whether we believe or not,
faith is something only the rich can afford to indulge in,
we only have one thing we can believe in: whether we can survive this month.
