Lagrange Coprocessor has created a new participation model for off-chain computation. Nodes only need to stake LA, without requiring high-end equipment, to enter the task allocation process. The platform uses a VRF random algorithm to determine task ownership, giving every node a fair opportunity to obtain task execution rights.
Once tasks are assigned, nodes efficiently process data off-chain and generate zk-STARK proofs. On-chain smart contracts can verify the proofs with very low Gas, eliminating the need to recompute the calculation process, fundamentally improving efficiency and security standards.
LA runs throughout the entire system, serving multiple roles including payment, staking, rewards, and risk control. Nodes complete tasks to earn LA incentives; if there are errors, a portion of the stake is automatically destroyed, with the remainder flowing into the insurance pool. All protocol parameters and governance rights are collectively voted on by LA holders, ensuring ecological operation is open and transparent.
This mechanism makes Lagrange Coprocessor an innovative foundation for trusted off-chain computation, providing continuous momentum for the diversified implementation of blockchain.
