I’m proud to share that we successfully hosted our first-ever Sahara AI Ghana community meetup—an incredible milestone in our journey to localize and grow decentralized artificial intelligence across Africa.
We brought together students, developers, AI enthusiasts, and Web3 builders to explore:
✅ What Sahara AI is and why decentralization matters
✅ How contributors can earn from their data, models, and compute power
✅ The role of Ghana in shaping the future of AI beyond big tech
✅ Real ways to get involved in Sahara’s ecosystem (testnet, campaigns, rewards)
From deep conversations to hands-on demos and breakout networking moments, the turnout and engagement were a strong signal that Ghana is ready to lead in the next wave of AI innovation. 
This is just the beginning. We’re not only educating—we’re activating the next generation of AI contributors and visionaries.
