UKRAINE 🇺🇦 - RUSSIA 🇷🇺 : RUSSIA TRIES TO UNDERSTAND TRUMP'S STATEMENTS ABOUT UKRAINE.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov reacted to recent statements made by Donald Trump. The latter had mentioned a possible resolution to the conflict in Ukraine in "50 days". Lavrov reminded that in the past, other deadlines had been proposed – such as "24 hours" or "100 days" – without any changes occurring. He also assured that Russia knew how to handle Western sanctions and would face new measures if necessary.

On his part, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia takes Trump’s remarks very seriously. Analysts will take their time to study them. As for President Putin, he will respond himself if he deems it necessary.
