I LOST 1865 USDT in spot OUT OF DESPERATION, I started 8 months ago buying at every dip accumulating SUI Solana WIF, mostly these 3.
I was doing well but my mistake was not selling thinking it would go up more...
In the last drop I panicked and sold everything at a loss of about 1950 USDT and only bought WIF something like 2320 units so that when it reaches one dollar I could recover my capital.
...And everything kept going down so my plan was to sell and buy to have more units and it didn't work, I kept having fewer units of WIF. So I rushed even more wanting to recover and started looking at the more volatile coins when I saw these coins that were rising 50 - 70% in minutes and then dropping 40% in seconds and I started losing more.
It has been getting worse, a week ago I think I had about 1000 USDT and now I only have 380 USDT what should I do? I try to recover but every time I buy everything drops and I sell again at a loss, since I think everything is too high.
Do you think I can recover and if so, in how long?
The market will now drop in my perspective I have two options wait for BTC to fall to 80k again and have everything else follow and only buy then, but how long will it take and will it also drop? like in February-April..?

and you know what bothers and stresses me the most is that if I had only stayed in the situation of selling everything and only buying WIF with those 2320 units I would have already gotten my capital back.... but I panicked and it got even worse. now I am at -1835 units savings of about 9 months that I bought at every dip and I am only 19 years old.
