🇰🇵 NORTH KOREA SAYS IT IS READY TO TAKE MILITARY ACTIONS AGAINST THE US, JAPAN, AND SOUTH KOREA
Pyongyang issued the warning following trilateral aerial exercises on Friday that included a US B-52H strategic bomber near the Korean peninsula. The regime described the maneuvers as "the main danger factors that increase military tension" in the region.
🎯 "We express serious concern over their hostile acts of persistently conducting provocative and threatening military actions," stated the head of the policy office of the North Korean Ministry of Defense. He warned of "serious consequences" for the regional situation.
🤝 The threat comes as Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov visits North Korea, where he met with Kim Jong Un. Russia warned the US, Japan, and South Korea against forming a security alliance aimed at Pyongyang, stating that it "understands the reasons" behind the North Korean nuclear program.
Kim Jong Un reaffirmed his "unconditional" support for Russia in Ukraine, describing the ties as an "invincible alliance." Lavrov thanked the contribution of North Korean troops to repel the Ukrainian incursion in the Russian region of Kursk.
💣 Meanwhile, the International Atomic Energy Agency revealed that Pyongyang has begun work on a new facility at its main nuclear complex. North Korea views US-led military exercises as invasion rehearsals and justifies its nuclear program as defense.
