HODL or Trading? Which path to take when starting in crypto?

When you first enter the crypto world, this classic doubt arises:

> Is it better to buy and hold (HODL)? Or to trade to take advantage of the ups and downs?

From my personal experience (still learning), this is what I see:

🔹 HODL:

Easier.

Less stress.

Ideal if you work or study and can't look at charts all day.

🔹 Trading:

Possible quick profit.

Requires more time, analysis, and many times… steel nerves!

Without a strategy, you can lose more than you gain.

🎯 What I do:

For now, I prefer to do DCA (small periodic purchases) and hold.

I am more focused on understanding the market, not on beating it immediately.
