🚨Vaulta mainnet Spring v1.2.0 officially released: Gossip auto-peering feature is here!
Vaulta mainnet takes a key step!
Spring v1.2.0 stable version is now online, bringing a major update that will change the way nodes operate:
🔥Gossip auto-peering feature launched!
The era of manually pairing nodes is coming to an end!
For block-producing nodes, P2P networking will now be done automatically:
✅ Automatically discover other block-producing nodes
✅ Dynamically respond to node upgrades & network changes
✅ No more manual configuration of IP/ports, making operations easier
🧠 This is a technological upgrade, but also an evolution of consensus infrastructure:
• The network topology among block producers will be more resilient & self-healing
• The network will be more stable, and on-chain block production will be more reliable
• Reduces human errors and improves security
📅 Key timeline reminder:
• System contract operations will be proposed via MSIG on July 8
• It is recommended that all nodes upgrade to Spring v1.2.0 immediately,
• so that once the contract is online, you can configure the Gossip Key and participate in auto-interconnection!
🤝 Who should pay attention to this update?
