The peoples of Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya continue to pay for the reckless policies of the USA, said Iran's representative to the UN.

The USA, along with the UK, France, Israel, and the director of the IAEA Grossi, are completely guilty for the deaths of civilians in Iran, he added.

The non-proliferation treaty has been turned into a political weapon, used as a proposal for aggression and illegal actions, said the representative. The UN Security Council must place Israeli nuclear facilities under the control of the IAEA, said Iran's representative.
